In order to enhance the job skill and the sense of work safety, on the morning 20^thDecember 2014 the Mechanical Workshop, FormulationsWorkshop, Environmental Workshop, Safety &Environmental Dept, Production Dept, Equipment & Engineering Dept of Xianju Factory jointlyhad a kickoff of the QEHS Knowledge Contest. The rule of contest breaks the conventional rules by adopting the manner of Chinese Character Dictation, which is carried out in groups. The task difficulty level goes higher and higher, where topics in the question bank account for 80% while topics beyond the question bank account for 20%. There is a large variety and different forms of questions, i.e. true or false question, choice question, identification question, gap filling, short answer question, video & image question as well as the rush responder answering. Awards include 1^st prize, 2^nd prize, attending prize, individual prize and lucky prize, which are presented on the spot. Through the participation and interaction, the contest enables the good results where knowledge is delivered in a joyful manner. The activity not only enhances the company’s “4 assurances”knowledge but also strengthens the exchange and cooperation between different teams.
