社会责任声明

社会责任声明

1)   遵守国家及其它所有适用的法律、通行的行业规定、公司签署的其它规章以及SA8000标准。当国家及其它所有适用法律,通行的行业规定、公司签署的其它规章以及SA8000标准所规范议题相同时,以其中对工人最有利的条款为准。

公司也尊重下列国际协议之原则:

国际劳工组织公约第1号(工作时间-行业)及建议116号(工时减少);

国际劳工组织公约第29号及第105号(强迫性劳动及其解除);

国际劳工组织公约第87号(结社自由);

国际劳工组织公约第98号(组织和集体谈判权利);

2)我们会确定所有的工作都是自愿性的,公司承认与尊重雇员在符合国家法律并自愿的条件下自由结社和集体谈判的权利。

3) 我们禁止使用童工,保护未成年工。禁止强迫劳动,禁止限制员工自由。

4)公司在涉及聘用、薪酬、培训机会、升迁、解职或退休等事项上,公司不得从事或支持基于种族、民族或社会出身、社会阶层、血统、宗教、身体残疾、性别、性取向、家庭责任、婚姻状况、工会会员、政见、年龄或其他的歧视。

5)公司不允许在工作场所、由公司提供给员工使用的住所和其他场所内进行任何威胁、虐待、剥削。避免滥用惩罚措施,保护员工的合法权益。

6) 制定具有激励性的工资薪酬制度,保障员工获得合理的工资和福利。

7)公司控制超时加班,合理安排工作和休息时间。

8)我们会在所有商业行为中都应当要求最高标准的廉洁。任何形式的贪污,贿赂,敲诈勒索及挪用公款的行为我们都须严厉的禁止。我们会订定公平交易、无不实广告和公平竞争的标准,并有保护客户资讯的措施。

9)致力将公司社会责任政策完全融合到各种营运层面,公司提供安全﹑卫生的工作环境以防止在生产和操作过程中发生伤害事故;公司遵从各项适用的环境法律﹑法规,并且必须遵守当地的环境保护惯例,提供符合环保条件的场所。

10)建立社会责任管理体系政策、程序与实施文件,设立相关的执行团队与监督机制,定期评审体系适宜性、有效性,采用有效的方法与形式影响利益相关方,持续改进,不断完善。


Social Responsibility Statement

 

1) Comply with national and other applicable laws, prevailing industry regulations, other regulations signed by the company and SA8000 standards. 2) We will make sure that all work is voluntary, and the company recognizes and respects employees' right to free association and collective bargaining under the conditions of compliance with national laws and voluntariness.

3) We prohibit the use of child labour and protect underage workers. Forced labor and restriction of employees' freedom are prohibited.

 

4) The Company shall not engage in or support discrimination based on race, national or social origin, social class, descent, religion, physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, family responsibility, marital status, membership of the labor union, political opinions, age or other factors in matters involving employment, remuneration, training opportunities, promotion, dismissal or retirement.

5) The company does not allow any threat, abuse or exploitation in the workplace, the residence provided by the company for employees and other places. Avoid abusing punishment measures and protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees.

6) Formulate an incentive salary system to ensure that employees can obtain reasonable wages and benefits.

7) The company controls overtime and reasonably arranges work and rest time.

8) We will require the highest standard of integrity in all business activities. We must strictly prohibit all forms of corruption, bribery, extortion and embezzlement. We will set standards for fair dealing, no false advertising and fair competition, and have measures to protect customer information.

9) The company is committed to fully integrating the company's social responsibility policies into various operational levels. The company provides a safe and healthy working environment to prevent injury accidents during production and operation; The Company shall comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations, and must comply with local environmental protection practices, and provide sites meeting environmental protection conditions.
